Superheroes of Kindness
Superheroes of Kindness is a joyful, movement-filled workshop that helps children discover their five inner superpowers — Confidence, Energy, Mindfulness, Concentration, and Wisdom — and learn how to use them to spread kindness in the world.
Through a blend of games, storytelling, reflection, and creative play, kids develop emotional intelligence, compassion, and self-awareness in a way that feels fun and exciting. By the end of the session, children leave not only with smiles and superhero capes, but with a deeper sense of confidence, calm, and kindness — ready to use their powers for good.
Workshop Flow (2 hours)
- Welcome & Icebreaker (10 min)
- Superhero Missions – active play (45 min)
- Deploy Kindness! – movement & teamwork (30 min)
- Meet the S.M.A.R.T Books™ – reflective, interactive segment (15 min)
- Colour a Talking Card – creative relaxation (20 min)
